From underfloor heating to brand kitchens, fully equipped bathrooms and designer furniture from HAY Design – everything can be found in our properties. Custom-made cupboards and details perfectly matched to the individual residential units perfect the overall picture of the Scandinavian style property.
ARCHITECTURE
AND BUILDING QUALITY
The architecture of the holiday units and the whole complex was designed by the Spanish-Danish architect Maria Gomez. Maria herself is chairwoman of the Architecture Council Copenhagen and knows her craft. We can see this every day in the unique architecture of our residential units.
All units are built as solid massive constructions, which not only guarantee durability, but also low maintenance costs. During the development, the latest sustainability and energy efficiency standards were taken into account: The triple insulation of the windows ensures optimal thermal protection, the green roofs offer many advantages from an ecological and economic point of view. In summer they protect against heat, in winter against cold.
